Payment
Fees (checks or cash) are payable at the end of each session.  A monthly statement is available upon request.

Fees
Sessions are 45 minutes in length, with longer sessions scheduled as needed.
45 Minutes $150
60 Minutes $175
75 Minutes $220
I do not offer a sliding scale.

Insurance
I am a preferred provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and The Counseling Center of Northwestern University.  I bill these providers directly. Depending on your coverage, you will be responsible for co-pay and/or co-insurance.  Co-payments will be due at the end of each session.  Co-insurance will be billed monthly.

For all other insurance plans, it is the client's responsibility to submit claims.  I will provide a monthly statement that may be used to obtain out-of-network benefits.
